Tell us about your experience accessing mental health services
Mesa County and partners are conducting a Mental Health Community Assessment survey to gain valuable information from residents about their experience accessing mental health services in Mesa County.
The survey results will be instrumental in identifying strengths, weaknesses, gaps, and opportunities to ensure those in need have access to mental health services.
Residents participating in the survey will remain anonymous and will need to complete the survey by March 7.
The survey is part of an ongoing strategic collaboration to develop the most appropriate plan for managing access to mental health services in the future.
