The Board of Mesa County Commissioners approved a $1.3 million agreement with M.A. Concrete Construction, Inc. for the 18.5-K99A Bridge Replacement Project. Construction is anticipated to start in January 2021.

The 18.5-K.99 Bridge is located over the Little Salt Walsh on 18.5 Road. The bridge, constructed in 1987, is load limited and structurally deficient.
The project will replace an aluminum multi-plate structure in Little Salt Wash with a pre-cast concrete structure and all associated slope stabilization, excavation, roadwork, reclamation, and traffic control.
