Thank you Mesa County Veterinarians and Local Rescue Partners

Each Year, Mesa County veterinarians and local rescue partners donate and provide veterinary care to Mesa County’s displaced pets via local animal welfare organizations and through Project PUP’s (Mesa County’s Spay/Neuter Voucher Program). These services include preventative care for shelter animals, emergency care for sick or injured animals, assistance with animal cruelty cases and subsidized sterilization procedures in partnership with Project PUPs. Mesa County Animal Services and the Animal Assistance Foundation would like to thank the following veterinarians and rescue agencies for their ongoing commitment to Mesa County displaced pet animals:

In the last five years, donations and grants from the Animal Assistance Foundation have funded over $130,000 of subsidized spay/neuter vouchers for Mesa County pet owners.

Together, Mesa County pet owners, animal welfare organizations, and veterinarians are committed to eliminating pet overpopulation in our community!
