The Board of County Commissioners unanimously voted to approve a $223,245 contract with DLR Group for the design and engineering services for the proposed 7,200 square-foot De Beque Community Hall and site development for the four-acre parcel.
DLR Group was the original architect for the Mesa Community Center, which will be used as the De Beque Community Hall model.
Construction will soon get underway. The anticipated completion of the community hall is December 2022.
