Mesa County registered voters — be on the watch for your Coordinated Election ballot in your mailbox. Ballots are being mailed to Mesa County voters today, Friday, Oct. 8.
What’s on the ballot? Visit the Mesa County Elections ballot information page to review a sample ballot for all items on Mesa County ballots. The ballot style you can expect has to do with what school district you reside within. Most voters will get a Style 3.
Locate your closest ballot dropbox. Did you know that Mesa County has eight convenient ballot drop box locations countywide? This year this option is even more appealing — safe, secure ballot drop boxes are open now through 7 p.m. on Election Day, Nov. 2, 2021.
Vote Early. Near You. No matter how you choose to return your ballot – by mail, at a ballot drop box, or at a VSPC – vote early.
Not registered to vote but want to be? Colorado election law allows voter registration up to and on Election Day. If you live in Mesa County, plan to vote in the November election, and are not registered to vote, or need to update your address, do so at Go Vote Colorado through Oct. 25 — after that time, you will need to visit a VSPC.
Voter Service and Polling Centers. Voter Service and Polling Centers will open at three locations in Mesa County on Oct. 25. One additional location will be open beginning Nov. 1, giving voters four locations to visit for election-day support.
When is the last possible day to vote? Know your ballot deadline. No matter how you deliver it, your ballot must be received by 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 2 — an Election Day postmark does not count.
