The Board of County Commissioners proclaimed June 30, 2021, as Tim Foster Day, and urge all citizens to congratulate President Foster for his career in public service and his unique contributions to making our community a better place.

During Tim’s tenure as President, Colorado Mesa Univerity (CMU) experienced significant transformation, including an increase in enrollment from 5,750 to over 10,000 students today.
Tim oversaw increases in the University’s graduation rates, retention rates, tripling the campus size, increasing CMU’s annual fundraising and endowment, and heading large capital construction projects.
