Considering getting vaccinated against COVID-19?

Mesa County Commissioner Cody Davis and Chair of the Board of Mesa County Commissioners Janet Rowland got vaccinated at the Grand Junction Convention Center this week.

"It’s not just a healthcare crisis, our businesses are in crisis too.  Getting the vaccine is a personal choice, and I decided to get it because it is a way I can help protect our vulnerable neighbors while also getting our businesses opened up sooner," said Rowland.

Mesa County Commissioner Cody Davis receives a COVID-19 vaccine. 

Commissioner Davis echoed Rowland, saying, "Mesa County residents are free to make choices for themselves, and I wholeheartedly agree. Still, I encourage Mesa County residents to consider getting vaccinated because it is the most effective way to stop the spread of COVID-19 and help protect others."
