On Jan. 7, 2021, Mesa County Assessor Ken Brownlee delivered the certified 2020 Tax Roll to the Mesa County Treasurer Sheila Reiner. Tax notices are anticipated to be mailed in the next few weeks.
If your mortgage does not escrow to pay your taxes, then taxes are due to be paid by either two installments due on Feb. 28 and June 15 or in one full payment due by April 30.
