Mesa County Partners pairs adult role models with at-risk youth while providing a variety of structured activities and support to build quality mentoring programs for youth in our community.

Quality mentoring programs are proven to build relationships that help improve school attendance and academic achievement, promote responsible decision making, and provide skills to better navigate relationships at school, socially, and at home.

Research shows that children who have significant role models in their lives perform better in school, develop healthy attitudes, and eventually mature into productive citizens.

Mesa County Partners’ mission is “To make a difference in the lives of young people by helping them develop a positive self-image, a sense of belonging, and an acceptance of responsibility for their actions.”
