Mesa County Commissioners Rose Pugliese and John Justman, as well as County Administrator Frank Whidden, are at the Colorado Counties, Inc., Foundation winter conference in Colorado Springs Monday through Wednesday this week.
CCI is a non-profit membership association whose purpose is to offer assistance to county commissioners, mayors and council members and to encourage counties to work together on common issues. The group focuses on information, education and legislative representation.

Dennis Berry is acting county administrator in Whidden's absence, and Commissioner Scott McInnis is acting chair of the Board of Commissioners in Pugliese's absence.
