Sgt. 1st Class Gary Lee Littrell of Henderson, Ky., repeatedly put himself in danger to direct air support, distribute ammunition, care for wounded and encourage friendly forces. Global War on Terror (GWOT) Wall of Remembrance is a traveling memorial aiming to bring healing to those that have been affected by America's longest war. GWOT Wall of Remembrance was at Base Camp 40, on Glade Park, making its first-ever appearance in Colorado. It’s a reminder of those who have given so much for our freedom. |
