| Construction crews pour concrete for a new sidewalk connecting Highway 340 between Vista Grande Drive and Kansas Ave. This sidewalk is the last piece that connects downtown all the way to the west end of the Redlands. Also, included in the project are curb and gutter, culvert items, retaining wall, landscaping, fencing, site restoration and seeding. The project is partially funded by a grant from the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). |
