Bring the leash

Remember to bring a leash as you bundle up to hit the park or walk a trail to exercise with your dog.

Walking your dog off-leash in a park is illegal unless you are in a designated off-leash area. Ensure the safety of the community by appropriately using both the off-leash and on-leash areas at local parks. Dogs in public areas of the city, county, and parks must be on a leash 10 feet in length or less.
