"Mesa County has been the leader in many areas of criminal justice. We collaborate like nowhere else in the country and are open to all sorts of new ways to ensure a community is safe," said Rubinstein. "I am honored that the district attorneys around the state have elected me to lead them during this critical time in public safety."
Rubinstein's one-year term started on Monday, September 12, 2022, when he was elected at the CDAC's annual conference.
All 22 judicial districts in Colorado are members of CDAC, along with representation from the Colorado Attorney General's Office, the United States Attorney for the District of Colorado, and the Governor's Chief Council.
