The Board of County Commissioners approved a contract at a per price amount of sixty-two cents ($0.62) for processing and mailing each TABOR refund check.
As of July 12, 2022, there were 103,878 active registered voters in Mesa County.
Residents can make sure their mailing address is up to date before Aug. 1, 2022, to receive a TABOR refund check by visiting govotecolorado.gov.
Mesa County TABOR refund checks are expected to be issued in October.
