The Board of Mesa County Commissioners will consider the adoption of an Ordinance for the Licensing and Regulation of Marijuana Business Businesses.
- The proposed ordinance will be introduced and read at the administrative public hearing before the Board of County Commissioners at 9 a.m. on May 17, 2022, at 544 Rood Ave.
- The final passage and adoption of the proposed ordinance will occur at the administrative public hearing before the Board of County Commissioners at 9 a.m. on June 7, 2022, 544 Rood Ave., at which time public comments will be taken and considered before the final adoption of the proposed ordinance.
Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for public inspection in the Mesa County Administration Office, 544 Rood Ave., Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m.
