If you’re moving in or away, remodeling or cleaning out your old shed, the Mesa County Hazardous Waste Collection Facility offers safe, easy disposal of household chemicals and electronic waste.
This popular program is just one of the many ways to reduce our cumulative waste disposal.
The facility has been in service for 22 years and is one of only eight permanent household hazardous waste facilities in Colorado!
Items like cleaners, paints, lawn chemicals, automotive fluids, batteries, bulbs, and more are free to drop off every Thursday-Saturday, all year long. (E-waste is $0.65/lb).
