After Monday, Oct. 25, Mesa County Elections can no longer mail ballots out to voters. If you did not get a ballot, please visit govoteColorado.gov to update your voter registration.
If your address is correct and you did not receive a ballot or need a replacement ballot, the Voter Service and Polling Centers (VSPCs) open Monday, Oct. 25.
"We want to make sure every eligible citizen has the opportunity to vote," said Wayne Williams, Mesa County Designated Election Official. "We've already received 14,020 ballots, and our bipartisan judges have already reviewed signatures and accepted 13,880 ballots for processing."
Voters who failed to sign failed to include required identification or whose signatures did not match have been mailed a letter allowing them to cure.
"Colorado's signature review process works – as a County Clerk, I mailed a cure letter to my own daughter because her signature had changed, and she was able to ensure her ballot was counted," noted Williams.
"Voter Service and Polling Centers can assist eligible electors with registration, mail ballots, and in-person voting. Voters can pick up a Blue Book or TABOR notice if they did not receive one," said Elections Manager Stephanie Wenholz. "Our judges have completed all of their training and are ready to help."
