July 26 is Tracey Garchar Day

This morning, the Board of Mesa County Commissioners presented a proclamation to Tracey's family from the State of Colorado, Office of the Governor, declaring July 26, 2021, as Tracey Garchar Day. Today would have been Tracey's 49th birthday (July 26, 1972 - April 25, 2021).
